🧪 Principle: The UI/Real Life Overlay Merge your product UI into the real world. This ad plays on the visual format of a music player overlay, but instead of a phone screen, it's real life.
Social Media Ad: Meet–Ting
🧪 Principle: Use Their Feature Against Them AI scheduling assistant, Meet-Ting, just used Calendly's own unsubscribe QR Code in their ad. For bonus points, they added their own subscribe link. Brilliant.
Social Media Ad: Pizza Hut
🧪 Principle: Hijack Cultural Moments Turn someone else's news (Ronaldo's engagement) into your own moment to shine: "Impossible to say no" to Pizza Hut.
Great Video Ad: Itsu
🧪 Principle: The Nostalgia Hit We live with Vine / Meme nostalgia. Find one that resonates with your target audience and use it to promote your product. Itsu hired the famous Wealdstone FC fan, The Wealdstone Raider, who went viral in 2014, to promote their dim sum.
