"Get personal—without crossing the line. Embrace interactivity through livestreams, AR, and social commerce. Stay human, move fast, and let your values lead."

What’s the key to a great marketing plan?

"Start with the audience. Know who they are, what drives them, and where they spend time. Then shape your strategy around their journey, not just your objectives."
